Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (remote)

Nova Glen Banking Services Partners is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on hourly payroll for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
