Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (remote)

Stonegate Willow Construction delivers building projects for owners across the San Antonio region, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
