Clearpath Wren Banking Services is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on hourly payroll for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
