Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (remote)

Bluepeak Juniper Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Chicago serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on hourly payroll. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
