Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Rook Staffing places workers with employers around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
