Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Fern Banking Services is a regional lender in Philadelphia with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on hourly payroll. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
