Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Orlando, FL)

Summit Ridge Construction is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on hourly payroll for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
