Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Meadow Staffing is a Omaha staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. You would join a large organisation of about 757 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
