Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Drift Banking Services is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on hourly payroll for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
