Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Iron Construction Partners builds commercial and industrial projects around Dallas, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
