Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Vale Financial Partners serves customers across Dallas with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on hourly payroll. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
