Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Beacon Financial Group serves customers across Cleveland with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
