Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Forge Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on benefit deductions for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
