Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Holdings is a community-focused bank in Seattle serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our benefit deductions. You would join a large organisation of about 469 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
