Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (remote)

Nova Pine Staffing places workers with employers around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on benefit deductions. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
