Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (remote)

Clearpath Meridian Banking Services is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on benefit deductions for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 776 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
