Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (remote)

Clearpath Pike Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Albuquerque region. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on benefit deductions. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
