Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (remote)

Amberfield Corner Construction Group is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on benefit deductions for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
