Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Maple Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Phoenix. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on benefit deductions. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
