Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pike Staffing Group and adding a Senior Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be benefit deductions. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
