Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Timber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on benefit deductions. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
