Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove North Construction Group and adding a Senior Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be benefit deductions. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
