Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Bright Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on benefit deductions for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 933 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
