Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Basin Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our benefit deductions. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
