Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Bright Staffing Group is a Fort Worth staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on benefit deductions. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
