Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Ivory Banking Services Partners is a community-focused bank in Fort Worth serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on benefit deductions. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
