Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Pike Financial is a financial-services company in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on benefit deductions. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification.
