Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Junction Staffing is a Cleveland staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our benefit deductions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
