Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Buffalo, NY)

Amberfield Willow Construction is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on benefit deductions for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
