Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Iron Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Boise, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our benefit deductions. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Boise. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
