Senior Payroll Specialist - benefit deductions (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ember Financial and adding a Senior Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be benefit deductions. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
