Senior Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Hollow Legal Group and adding a Senior Paralegal whose main responsibility will be filing and deadlines. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
