Senior Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Oak Legal Group is looking for a Senior Paralegal. The job centres on filing and deadlines for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
