Senior Paralegal - filing and deadlines (remote)

Lumen Wren Legal Group is a Tucson practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Paralegal to take on filing and deadlines. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
