Senior Paralegal - filing and deadlines (remote)

Lumen Hollow Legal Group is a law firm in Tucson serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Paralegal to take on filing and deadlines. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
