Senior Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Oak Legal Group provides legal services in Memphis across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Paralegal to take on filing and deadlines. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
