Senior Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Jackson, MS)

Ironwood Birch Legal Group is a law firm in Jackson serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Paralegal to take on filing and deadlines. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
