Senior Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Birch Legal Group is a law firm in Austin serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Paralegal to lead our filing and deadlines. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
