Senior Paralegal - document review (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rowan Legal Group and adding a Senior Paralegal whose main responsibility will be document review. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
