Senior Paralegal - document review (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight Clear Legal Group is a law firm in Sacramento serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Paralegal to lead our document review. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
