Senior Paralegal - document review (Rochester, NY)

Ironwood Ashton Legal Group is a law firm in Rochester serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Paralegal to lead our document review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
