Senior Paralegal - document review (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Ashton Legal Group is a law firm in Orlando serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Paralegal to take on document review. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
