Senior Paralegal - document review (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Drift Legal Group is a law firm in Oakland serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Paralegal to lead our document review. You would join a large organisation of about 530 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
