Senior Paralegal - document review (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Nova Rowan Legal Group and adding a Senior Paralegal whose main responsibility will be document review. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
