Senior Paralegal - document review (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Ashton Legal Group is a law firm in Jackson serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Paralegal to lead our document review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
