Senior Paralegal - document review (Houston, TX)

Highbridge Rowan Legal Group Partners is a Houston practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Paralegal to take on document review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
