Senior Paralegal - client intake (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Quill Legal Group is looking for a Senior Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
