Senior Paralegal - client intake (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Cedar Legal Group Partners is looking for a Senior Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
