Senior Paralegal - client intake (remote)

Highbridge Basin Legal Group is looking for a Senior Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
