Senior Paralegal - client intake (remote)

Harborlight Legal Group is looking for a Senior Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
